New York Agencies Join the
Safe Shelter Collaborative
The Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is excited to announce that domestic violence agencies across the state of New York (outside of NYC) will soon be members of the Safe Shelter Collaborative, finding shelter faster for survivors of domestic violence.
As part of this development, agencies that support runaway and homeless youth (RHY) will be joining a pilot project to discover how the Safe Shelter Collaborative might support finding shelter for youth in need.
Register for the Launch Event
RHY agency staff are invited to join the launch event with domestic violence agencies so that everyone can learn more and have hands-on experience with the technology.
Soon after, RHY agencies will participate in a pilot project to share experiences and learn how the program might align with their particular needs. Stay tuned.
