The Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is excited to announce that agencies that support runaway and homeless youth (RHY) in New York are applying to be members of the Safe Shelter Collaborative. RHY agencies will soon be finding shelter for youth in need using the technology service. Read more on how to join!
